The Problem:<\/h3>\n

The plating fluid in this facility had to be drained and replaced on a routine basis due to rust and metal particulate buildup in the liquid. This process was expensive and produced thousands of gallons of waste.<\/p>\n

The Solution:<\/h3>\n

AST implemented a HPPG 10 unit to recirculate the fluid continuously. The unit captured the suspended metal particulates and rust. As a result, the liquid was able to be used for a longer period.<\/p>\n
